These are Surgical Steel 0-Gauge Weighted Talon Shaped Earrings. Each earring weighs 14 grams (approx. half an ounce), so they ARE heavy. Each earring comes with 1 o-ring. They have been worn, but as you can see, are kept VERY clean. Earrings like these can cost upwards of $30-$40 per pair simply because they are weighted and surgical steel.
