When I bought it the hanger said medium but when I tried it on at home it fit between xsmall and small.

As the photo shows it's gathered at the chest and it's stretches to form the body. Also the sleeves have an eyelet fabric ruffle.

I have a pet friendly home, but all clothing is kept very clean

I can't afford free shipping so please don't ask or hint for me to lower it. I accept paypal and money orders.
