The listing, Hannah Montana Limited Edition PSP 3000 for Parts or Repair has ended.

****PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING****

A used PSP 3000 will play downloadable games, but not the UMD discs. I think the whole UMD drive and the lens needs to be replaced. The metal piece that holds the game in place was broken and one of the kids took it completely off (picture number 10).

I will include the AC adapter and the AC power cord (picture number 4). The USB cord (picture number 13), and a Sony 2GB Memory Stick PRO Duo (picture number 14). The memory stick will be erased.

With the exception of the UMD drive, cosmetically the system is in good condition.

You're correct :-) It won't play the UMD games or movies (the ones on the disc), but it will play games or movies you download.

Listing Disputes
And I quote from Listia's Rules:

The following set of guidelines is used when Listia needs to step in to solve a dispute over a listing that has ended. In some cases, we will refund credits to the winner, and in other cases we will award the credits to the seller.

Credits Refunded to Winner when:
Seller does not contact or respond to winner in a reasonable amount of time
Seller changes the original terms stated in the listing
Seller intentionally misrepresents the listed item
Seller sends an item that is different than the item listed
Seller does not have a tracking number for a missing package
Credits Awarded to Seller when:
Winner does not contact or respond to seller in a reasonable amount of time
Winner refuses to pay stated shipping charges
Winner backs out or does not want the item anymore
Winner claims a package is missing, but the seller has a valid tracking number

Credits refunded to winner would not apply to me, as I always contact the winner, I don't change the original terms, I don't misrepresent the items, never sent a different item from the one listed, and if the package qualifies for tracking or delivery confirmation...I ALWAYS get it.

So to answer your question...I don't know. Only had this happen once before when the winner didn't want the item after they won it, and I got to keep the credits.
