The listing, Asus Laptop has ended.
I have a asus laptop computer. It has a 4 gb memory and a 320 gb hd with windows 7. It is only 4 months old. The problem with it is that windows wont start. The hard drive and everything about the computer is new and good. Just the windows 7 program wont start when you first turn it on.
Questions & Comments
Ladies and Gentleman this is the owner of the laptop. I am currently using my wife's computer and using her account to write this. I want to notify all of you wanting to bid on this that I will be turning the computer in on my warranty. they told me that I will get it back in 2 weeks or so. it is still up for auction. I'm just asking that whoever bids and wins this auction will have to wait at least 2 weeks or so before I can ship it to you. I promise that it will be in complete working condition with no issues as the company that I'm going through has stated that it will be fixed and as good as new when I receive it. I am sorry for the inconvenience and I hope that this does not keep all of you from bidding. I just want to make sure that whoever wins this that they get it in complete working order. If you have any questions please ask.
from the sounds of it your going to have to create a system image to repair it so it may be wiped clean when you do that and you wont have to worry about everything my dell did the same thing not to long ago and i lost everything but that's good on your behalf lol i will be bidding and fanned you as well
reminder to whoever wins..... since I cant get it passed the opening stage of the windows 7 my information and files have not been removed. and although that is a problem for me I am willing to trust the person winning it that they would be responsible enough and respect my wishes to please erase all of what I have on there once they get it working again.
Ok - not trying to ask silly questions but .. just wondering why you are selling it? when it is under warranty - why not just have it fixed? Or - have it fixed, then sell for so much more credits. (just trying to help)
