The mods are selective on enforcing the rules. I had a 4 1/2 knife listed twice and they pulled it both times. If I list it again, will it get pulled again just because I am new?

Listia is in the process of updating our official rules on what kind of knives can and can't be listed. At this time even though this knife has a blade that is longer than 2" it will be allowed at this time."

ceramictx you did not understand what I said. It started at 5050 I bid 6001 it said I was out bid. I bid 7001 it said I was out bid. I bid 8001 it said I was out bid. I bid 10001 and got the high bid. I leave and come back I am high bidder at 5050 and no sign of all the bids I did. My high bid of 10001 was still there. I fully understand proxy bids. Between Listia and Ebay I have over 500 transactions. I kinda agree that these large knives shouldn't be on simply because of the child factor. Thanks

lajobrcat, obviously you do not understand the "proxy bidding system" Listia bidding is based on the proxy bidding system, so, while you are the high bidder, the bids will only go higher as folks bid against you, up to the total amount you bid, you will still show as the winning bid. Once someone overbids you, they become the winning bid.

What the heck happened. I ran this up to over 9000 credits and now it is back to 5050. That's where it was when I started bidding. I really need to know why it's back to 5050. Everytime I bid it said I was outbid, so I ran it up and now it's back down and my high bid is still up there.
