Offered for your collecting pleasure is this lot of FIVE genuine & authentic German Third Reich Nazi propaganda postcards. All are in excellent condition and are postally unused! The cards as shown are: 1) "13 Marz 1938"--this is a reference to the "anschluss" ("union") between Germany and Austria on March 13, 1938, when Hitler annexed Austria. "Ein Volk..." etc., translates to "One People, One Country, One Leader". The next card celebrates the Nazi ill-fated "Brownshirts" sportsgames in Berlin July 15-17, 1938.
Third is a "Danzig Ist Deutsch", which translates to "Danzig is German", refers to Danzig in Poland, which at the end of WWI had been declared a "Free City"...and Hitler used the persecution of Germans there as an excuse to invade Poland in 1939, continuing his policy of reversing the German property losses at the Treaty of Versailles at the end of WWI.
Fourth is a celebration of the Nazi Party in 1939 Nuremberg:" Reichs Party Day Nuremberg 2-11 September". The last card speaks for itself: "Wir Danken Unserm Fuhrer" translates to "We Thank Our Leader".
