This is a post pregnancy(after pregnancy) support girdle that is EXTREMELY helpful to have immediately after giving birth whether naturally or C-Section(it is especially helpful if you had a C-Section because it supports the area that was cut open and both helps stop the stitches/staples from popping open and also stops you from developing the dreaded "shelf" that a lot of women get after having a C-sec. Look up pics of a C-Section shelf on Google if you don't know what it is. It prevented me from getting one when it started!!) This wrap is AWESOME!! it also holds your tummy in tight and helps to get rid of the post preggo bump, it can also be worn during workouts to help lose more tummy fat. It can be worn all 24/7 and will fit anywhere from about a size 2-14(in pant sizes) so it is pretty versatile and can be worn while you lose weight. It can be washed like anything else and I just wanted to pass it on to help another mama! This item is worth about $35!
