You Must already have Sims 3 and World Adventures. This is a public lot created by me. There are 2 treasure chests hidden on the lot. There are 5 floors, a food register and a nectar register. The garden is full of perfect fruits and the pond is stocked. There is a bookcase on the lowest floor with all 3 nectar books and two nectar machines are on the lot.

There is a story to this lot. It used to belong to a nectar maker and her artist husband. All the art was made by him, and her ghost still haunts the grounds.

This is a sims3.pack file and added by placing in your downloads folder. You will still have to install with the Sims 3 loader.

This is a 100% original lot, made by me.

This should work as long as you have World Adventures but there is decor items from: Pets, Generations, Late Night, Showtime, and Ambitions.
