Im sorry, but I didn't use the ones I took out......my neighbor needed them she hadn't said if they worked or not.

They work real well. I used them to hang my pictures on the wall and they are heavy pictures. We just built our house and I didn't want to put a lot of holes in the walls. These just leave a small pin hole that can be easy to fill.
