"I finally did receive the necklace, after my ... " (more) credits had been refunded. However it was damaged due to it being mailed in a plain white envelope. The postal service had put that envelope inside a windowed envelope and mailed it on to me. One of the metal beads on the necklace was basically crushed due to poor packaging.
