" (more) Promised to mail it out sometime that week. 7 days later I still hadn't received it and sent a message asking if it had been mailed yet and received no reply. I filed a dispute and it wasn't responded to either, so I got my credits back with no problem. My daughter is so disappointed because she really wanted this. I waited for over a month before I filed the dispute. So disappointed. "
