This is a 1998 Barber Liberty Head Dime +++115 YEARS OLD+++. 90% SILVER Well worn dine. Liberty is no longer visible. Clear date and all other letters on this coins are either clearly visible or visible by rotating the coin depending on the reflection of light and by using a magnifier. Great coin for any new collector or if you just don't have this one yet. It's difficult to find one with clarity of detail without spending more than just a few dollars. You can always replace it at a later time when you begin upgrading your coins and/or find a better grade at an affordable price.
