How does ebay online work? I have an ebay account, but have never done something like this. You can use it for anything on ebay? Do you type the code in when paying for the auction? Sorry for all the questions.

ebay certificate works as long as you have a paypal account and you use only on ebay (up to 60 days). Buyer has nothidden fees and if he (she) does not use the total amount, it remains the same till next purchase. :)
