I have an Exquisite, Original, Canvas, Rare Painting, By the Mysterious Artist....

~* Peter Shinn *~ *30" X 27" !!!

Peter Shinn started out in a Mall in Southern California, at a Kiosk, Painting Portraits of people. He then began being commissioned by the rich and famous to do self and family portraits!
His Most Famous Commission, was by the Family of Good ole' Cowboy... John Wayne, and he has gone on to do most of the Most Famous Portraits of Mr. Wayne known in the Art World.
I have seen these Portraits go on ebay and elsewhere around the US, for an average of $2,500.00!!!
More rare than the John Wayne Portraits, are Mr. Shinns Paintings of Emmett Kelly Clowns.
There are many versions of these clowns, and a few versions of these clowns, with a White Maltese Dog.
As you can see... This is one of the ones that I have.
I possessed this Original painting, 20+ Years ago, when I was at the height of my Collecting of Emmett Kelly, and other Famous Clown Memorabilia!!!

This is a tough one to let go... but I no longer collect Clowns, and over the years, I have carefully, and lovingly, dispersed my Collection... Except My Emmett Kelly Figurine of him putting lights on a Christmas Tree... That, I will keep Forever :)

This being an old painting, it does need some TLC... Mostly, on the Original Frame, as the Painting is in Exceptionally good shape!!!
