The listing, Hardrive/Backup External Enclosure .... with On/Off Switch and Fan has ended.

This is used but works perfectly and has a USB hook-up and it's own power cord. You just need a regular IDE drive to put into it. I used it for Music and Ebook Storage myself.

It could use some cleaning and there was a sticker on the casing that I removed; however, the backing of the sticker stayed on. I'm sure there is something that will take it off, but I didn't want to scratch it up :)

SHIPPING ---- Shipping is FREE in the US and I generally ship between Thu and Sat, but will notify you if there is a delay.

This is an enclosure. If you have a properly formatted IDE hard drive to put into this enclosure and a USB port on the device you want to use this with then yes, it should work with any device.

You should be able to as long as the HD is configured for it

How do you know if your HD is IDE or not? I have
a computer (tower) that quit on me years ago and
I have been saving it to see if I could save the HD.
I have been looking for one of these to put the HD
into to test it. So would that work, does anyone know?
