This an Avon necklace and pink pendant surrounded with rhinestones going around. It is maked Avon and SH on the pendant. I don't think that it is real silver. Just costume jewelry but beautiful.

No, none of the stones are missing. A couple of the stones aren't set exactly straight in and then there were a couple that were reflecting a little golden color. It's difficult to photograph. There are also 4 points that aren't stones at all but are holders for the Pink stone in the middle.
