ok if you get out your forensic csi equipment and analyze the picture you'll come to the conclusion the with the shadowing that the stack is fluffed up. I've listed multiple stamp lots before. if you look at my feedback you'll come to the conclusion hmmm maybe this guy wouldn't be mistaken. or maybe this was a clever ruse to get me to count them? if bidding goes over 1500 ill count.
