this is a HP Ipaq H3800 series pocket pc that does not power up and has a some nicks on the upper right screen area, however the lcd looks to have no cracks.
I bought a new charger kit for it and it didn't come on(the device) so I will offer that with it and tracking.

THIS ITEM DOES NOT POWER ON, and I have no idea what is wrong with it. it is sold as-is with no refunds
