I have a motorla siler elite bluetooth .this bluetooth works great ,it comes with the case and the cord . the case also charges the bluetooth. the charge last over 5hrs &works within 1000 ft of the phone. i dont have the manuel for the bluetooth& the earmuffs are not with it ,but you can the earmuffs at any store real cheap. i work hard to keep a good feedback soif there is a problm plz contact me before leaving bad feedback so we can work something out plz.
