No this is not a pop-recovery disk like those released by Norton or a Installation/Re-Imaging disk like the one's from dell. This is an actual self-contained environment with a wide variety of Disk, File, Virus, Malware, Registry, Hardware/Tech, tools from a variety of sources. The purpose is to have a safe clean environment from where PC problems can be more effectively/accurately diagnosed and/or corrected. Thanks for the question, already fanned. :-D

Well that is cool. But is there a Business that made this or did you make the disc yourself? Just wondering Because there are a few similar for free on the internet.
Like Darik's Boot N Nuke, Ultimate Boot CD & Hiren's Boot CD. Just wondering.

I know this, but now I made it myself. Yes I am aware of those. There all built on a similiar environment as this CD. It's called a pre-install environment. It's basically the same thing as making a bootable DOS floppy disk. The bootable files are redistributable, and you can add any utilities on that can run on such a minimalist system. Besides you meant Utimate Boott CD for Windows. Ultimate Boot CD is for DOS. I'm actually planning on refreshing the image soon, to give broader support for third party hardware.

No but they do all use similar components. For example UBCDW (Ultimate Boot CD for Windows) is just BartPE (PE=Pre-Installation Edition) with some more apps added to it.

Yes it will. But please remember this is not a Windows installation CD. It is only for the repair / recovery of an existing installation of Windows.

my laptop says its missing the BOOTMGR does it fix that problem without losing all my pics on my hard drive?

Actually I think in your case it might. In most cases it should since most missing "BOOTMGR" messages are due to a corrupted hard disk. Nothing a quick CHKDSK C: /F can't handle from the command prompt. You only need to open the command window type in the command and let CHKDSK run it's course. It can take a few minutes and up to an hour depending on the computer and disk size. Once it's done correcting all the errors and inconsistencies on your hard drive you should boot right back up. Had this problem a dozen times before and it's rare that it isn't a corrupted file-system/hard drive.

Its sort of like Linux in that they all use the same basis. It's just what you build on top of it that makes it different.
