Up for your consideration is a 2000 McDonald's Happymeal toy by Sanrio. This is a Dear Daniel Stamp Mobile Toy. Number 6 in the series. Package is still unopened.
From what I can gather is there's a stamp on the bottom of the car that prints stars. I don't know if ink was originally used inside or if one must supply their own ink. If it was inside its a safe bet that after 13 years it has been dried up.
