As general personal rule I am very proactive about whom I do business with. I expect 100% of feedback with no neutrals as I offer the same: high standards of dealing with only the BEST users. I do so to avoid possible problems. I like business to be smooth and cordial. I am a member of many Listia groups on Facebook and it is plausible that a fellow member mentioned that username as a potential troublemaker. We do exchange information as to whom to avoid on Listia and why.

Sadly not all people are honest here! If you care to deliver this message to your friend please do-otherwise I have no way of contacting her. As I said, I expect reciprocity. I am an honest seller and buyer and have no patience for unnecessary problems. Maybe you would find your own answer by asking your friend what kind of disputes she ran onto lately. Please do not expect me to remember every member I have blocked. Listia has millions of users and I have blocked perhaps couple dozen based on reports from fellow Listians who have been through hell and back in their experiences.
