They retail 19.99 and are brand new,will cost me at least 5.95 to ship these plus i paid 19.99 for them.Thanks for comment.a good example is stamps sellers get 5000 points for 10 stamps and they get 10000 points or more for 20 stamps which retail if you had to purchase would cost the seller 10.00 dollars about a thousand points is equal to 1.00 that's why the points are set that way.
