The listing, Vintage Avon Ring 7.5 has ended.

I don't know much about this ring. It is from my grandmother's stuff. It has a large marquis cut pale blue stone and two small round clear stones on the sides. It fits my size 7.5 finger but it has a inner ring that would hold it onto a smaller finger ( it also feels secure on my size 5.5 pinky finger)
