A husband who has an affair with someone he thinks is his mistress, turns out she was a he at one time, "they" end up murdering the man's wife! Terrible story but something about these true things, would never read it if someone made up this sick stuff. Lots more to it but I doubt you want me to tell you the whole book, worth the read if you like this sort of horrible junk ;)
