Description

The listing, 1909 Lincoln Penny Wheat One Cent Coin - Free Shipping has ended.

This is a 1909 Lincoln Wheat Cent Penny in Very Good - Fine condition. It's not VDB :-(.

The second and third photos are at 600 DPI as opposed to 300 which was the first photo.

Free US shipping. I'll ship it internationally too if you can prove to me your customs will allow it. I think many countries do not allow collectibles to be imported.

Wow, even though it's not VDB (I'm sure you wouldn't have auctioned it if it was) i'm still gonna bid.

Sounds good to me. To be honest i think a lot of 1909 coins were pulled out of circulation early because it was the first year, so F condition may not be too scarce.

yeah a vdb in this shape would be 7-8$ that doesn't seem like much but that is 6.99$ more than any other penny. a tremendously high percentage compared to face value.

ebay is not generally a good source of prices. and never will you get that from a coin store. Value of a coin is set at bid and ask for redbook values. As far as what retarded people are willing to pay on ebay... i just don't know anymore.... i worry about some of the bids i see on their.
People bidding 18$ an ounce on silver... Do they realize that silver is at 15.8$ an ounce....? just last week i bought 100 ounce for $14.85/toz and they want 18.. pshh

Well it is true you need to eBay about $1 for the ads, and they are a royal pain to set up. So I guess it can be a smarter thing to sell to a coin dealer depending on whether you can put up with eBay or not.

Me, I too shy to even go to the coin dealer, so I just put them on Listia, which I can deal with :-)).

i have a good relation ship with one of the local coin shops in BR. They take care of me. Not to say i ever get, amazing prices.
That is why you never sell good coins to dealers =p sell only your junk in bulk and ask for 5%. Good coins i don't sell.
