Magnetic caddy will attach to metal. I have one that I placed on the side of my refrigerator next to a magnetic pad of paper. I put three pens inside of it so I didn't have to search for a pen to write with. Perfect for doing a shopping list. It's half a circle with three magnets on the flat side of it.
