Would this fit a dog that's 5lbs or less? Or would it be too big? I know you said small, but some brands make a smaller small than others. Lol.

how much does your dog weigh? If it weighs 10 to 12 pounds I would say it should fit.

This would fit a dog 12 pounds. It is 18" from top of hood to bottom of coat. I have a cute light blue t shirt that would fit a small dog. It is posted.
