Its used. I tried to wear it a couple of times so you can't call it new anymore. It was just too low cut for me. Everytime i leaned over i would come up showing more than needed.

It's a dark Maroon . Not purple cause purple has more blue in it. This has more red/brown in it. Maroon or burgandy better describes color.
