this is a T-Mobile Phone, it is not unlocked for other carriers but that can be done by calling T-mobile. It is one of the first Windows Phones. Comes with manuals and installation disc. Its fully functional. Plenty of pictures are up to show specs. It is not touch screen but has wifi and hotspot. All keys are working. shows some wear since its an older phone. It has a microSD (memory card) slot and takes SIM cards. It has no wall outlet plug but a USB charger cable which you can connect to the pc. It has a camera in the back. Not sure about he mega pixels. Thinking its either 3 or 5. Takes decent pictures.

i wont change shipping. I will not shorten days or lower bids. You should have PayPal for shipping cost. I cant guarantee anything if you mail shipping. Items get shipped as soon as im able to do so. I am a mother of 5 with afamily member that battles cancer so i am normally only able to ship on weekends.
