It all depends on the amp and brand. What brand amp do you have? This is a JL Audio 500/1 and pushes these W6v2's like a champ hit hard, even harder than some 12's out there. I have them in a custom box right now made for an expadition and I set alarms off with them driving in the parking lot. The set up in the picture is one I made for my Mini Coop JCW.
