I got a new cardreader that works with my HTC One S. This one will work with earlier model smartphones, probably thru 2012. All smartphone types.
If you have PayPal you can take payments by credit or debit card by swiping in the reader that plugs into the headphone jack on your phone. You can go to the PayPal site and read all about PayPal Here, and if you think its for you, you are welcome to my old card reader. I used to it probably 5 times and it's been in a plastic case ever since. I will send it in the box that the new one came in which includes a sticker for your business showing you accept PayPal Here payments. Now you can get these free by calling PayPal, but I thought I'd offer it up if anyone wanted it. I'm sure it works fine.

Janet, you can call PayPal and ask for PayPal Here tech dept. Or it may be under FAQS if you go to PayPal Here site. It has the 3.5 plug but they upgraded their reader. If they ask you, it has black stripes on plug, not white. I'll send their phone in a minute. TY!
