Here we have a small 10kt gold yellow gold pendant with white gold accents in the shape of a star. In there center there are 3 genuine sapphires and a small diamond in the middle of the sapphires. As you can see in the pic there are supposed to be 4 sapphires but the one on top has fallen out, could easily be replaced. This pendant is about the size of a dime and is marked 10k on the back.
