Hi, and welcome to another auction on listia.com on peter's attic!!!

up for grabs is a rare two for one auction of two airfix 1/72 scale military model kits from england!! these two kits are airfix, "bren gun carrier and 6 pdr anti-tank gun"; and the second one is a very nice 1/72 scale airfix "chieftain tank from the british armed forces" both are intact, complete with instructions to build and paint these miniature scale military armaments of the british armed forces. these two kits have been in my possession for a number of years, and are in excellent condition!!! unopened, new in box and both come from a christian home, free of smoke and dust. the bid will start at 499 credits, and will last for 7 days!! if the winning bidder lives in new york city, they can come to peter's attic for local pickup without any charge. i ship throughout the united states, alaska, hawaii and puerto rico. sorry for the photos!!! i am presently having trouble uploading the photos from my computer to the listia site!!! i hope the administrators fix this problem very soon!!! but in the meantime, if you want, i can email the photos to anyone interested through my email address at pvillarini3@hotmail.com. it's the best that i can do for the moment! anyway, thanks for looking, and god bless our troops and our allies!!!

No big deal. Was just saying the chieftan tank looks somewhat similar to the US Abrams tank and the gun carrier is an armored personel carrier. I looked in my collection of models that are needing to be assembled and I have an A10 of this scale so I put in a bid but as usual feel free to outbid me if you can. I want the seller to get plenty of points to make it worth his effort. May the highest bidder win!!!!

Sorry! I by mistake pressed the wrong button on my android phone and ended up hiding your comments. You are in essence quite correct on the Brien gun carrier being a APC, and the chieftan British tank has a parallel history in being similar to the united States M1 Abrams tank. But, it should be noted that the British Challenger tank is also very similar to the Abrams M-1E1 heavy tank. But, please feel free to repost your earlier commentary on your personal observations based on info from Wikipedia. Once again, please accept my most sincerest apologies in hiding your comments.

Well, as of this time, my android cell phone is on the fritz, and I still can't upload any photos from any computer onto the auction site. So, for your 411, it's not that I do not want to show the box art of the two model kits to everyone for auction, it's just that I am unable to do so, for some unknown reason!! Listia, get your act together, it appears that some kind of bug is messing with the photo uploader!!!
