This set is beautiful and sure to catch peoples attention. This set was pre-owned by a family member of mine. The set includes a necklace and a pair of matching earrings. They are both sterling silver that has been gold plated. The necklace is marked 925 China tmc and the earrings are both marked 925 tmc. The earrings do not have their original backs, but do come with gold tone backs. Stylistically this set looks like they are antique pieces, but is a modern made set for sure. The design is very intricate and ornate. The set has good quality workmanship for being a mass produced piece from china. The set has what looks like enamel work, but very well may be imitation enameling, so I am calling it faux enamel work. The set also has stones through out the entire design both on the necklace and earrings. I am not sure if they are real or not but I am guessing probably not, so I am listing them all as glass/cubic faux stones. The settings are all open back settings. The glass faux stones in the set are faux pearls, faux emeralds, faux sapphires, and faux aquamarine. The necklace measures about 9.5 inches long from the top of the clasp to the bottom of the pendant, while clasped together. The earrings measure about 1.25 inches from the top of the earring to the bottom of the faux pearl dangle. This would be a great buy for someone who likes antique styled jewelry but can't afford the retail price for the real deal. This is the next best thing!
