It is used, but not very much. I had it in my small office for a very short time. I do not have the box for it anymore.
Shipping will be the exact amount, I wont know until I ship it to you. I would be happy to cap the shipping at $25, my guess is it will be less than that.

The item works perfect.... I drink MUCH to much coffee to have a keurig. It is a great coffee maker. It is in very good condition, not very used at all.
