What kind of stone does it have? I love older jewelry, just would love a little better description. Any idea what kind of metal it is and colorings?

the main stone is like a yellow bage like stone and by pic it looks like perol I don't have the ring out so im going by pis I have all my things on here put up sorry when I get more time I will get it out and let you know more but I think what I have told you is right
