This is a stunning Fossil Blue BQ-9165 watch with working sub dials. I honestly believe this watch has all links and will fit a grown adult male with regular size wrists. It just about fall off my arm!!

Watch features a quartz movement with day/date/24 hour subdials, and a unidirectional rotating bezel. It's 100 meters/330 feet water resistant.

Condition: Preowned - This is a gently worn all stainless steel tough watch!! It does show some minor wear but it is still a great looking watch!! There are no major scratches in the crystal ... anything that looks like a scratch is just a reflection from the light. It is currently working and keeping great time.

the description says "with working sub-dials". Does that mean those are the only parts that work? or do the main watch hands work as well?

All hands and dials work. Some sub dials are for decorations only ... these sub dials are fully functional.
