The top is adjustable, you can move it up/down or left right, and then there's a base on the bottom so you can easily stand it up wherever you want. :) You can also turn the camera lens part left and right to adjust focus.

Yes it's working perfectly. I've only used it maybe three times honestly lol. I've had it just about a year. I don't have the box anymore so not sure what year it was released, I think 09'. Built in mic & LED light.
