This is an AT&T Excilerate 4G cell phone I had this activated for 3 months I took pics of the info on it it does get Wifi I don't know about clean or locked. I had 2 & I gave one to my friend he bought an AT&T SIM card $20 & they were able to put it as a go phone so he turned it to prepaid so i assume its not locked I was able to set to factory settings so it needs to be activated & set up with a google account. It has a camera that takes perfect clear pics I used google play & I heart radio & pandora for my music. It also has a spot on the side for a micro SIM card (not included) it doesn't have scratches on the face it does have a little spot of super glue on the back of it & it has a few dings on the sides that i have no idea where they got them but that's all that's wrong with it it's a perfect phone hardly used it cause I went with sprint for cheaper family plan please don't ask stupid questions this is all I know about it cause I didn't use it long to get really familiar with it. Earlier u answered a question and said it doesn't have front a facing camera but pic 18 of the specs states that it has a front and rear facing cam. So I'm confused.

I can't answer that question all I know is that I had it with AT&T & only AT&T you would have to call that company & ask if the SIM card will work in this phone the SIM card that goes behind the battery is an AT&T SIM card but every time it goes to a new plan that sim has to be bought new by the person reactivating.
