While out hunting over the past weekend I came across and bought a pretty large amount of these vintage Bakelite Mahjong game tiles and since I was able to purchase so many, I decided to list a few of them here for my fellow listians. This listing is for the 2 vintage Bakelite Mahjong game tile pieces you see in the photos. When vintage mahjong sets are missing pieces and incomplete these game tiles are very popular to re-purpose and have been made into jewelry. I believe these pieces are from 1940's-1950's, all though I can't be 100% sure of such. They seem to be in very good condition, the color to the images is bright and there appears to be no damage to them. The first photo you see is the fronts of the two tiles listed and the second you see is the back. These measure just over an inch by about 3/4 of and inch. Great for any vintage or antique collector but also great for anyone who would like to use these to make jewelry or for other craft projects. As with all of my vintage/used items thiese are being sold as is. Please review the photos as to the condition and authenticity. I do have a fair amount of knowledge but by far no expert in everything.
