This is a really cute bracelet. It says "Secret Popstar" on one side and "Hannah Montana" on the other. YOU CAN SCRAPE THE WRITING OFF!

All shipping and tracking number fees are payable to PayPal only.

I may be able to lower the days though if it over the 3 day mark.

If you receive the item and it is all there, undamaged, and give me neutral feedback, I will do the same to you! I cannot help it if the outer packaging gets tore up in the mail. I ship everything secured! I am not responsible for the outer packaging!:)
