Large Full size sugar shaker 5 1/2 inches tall.
Solid cobalt blue glass all of the way through – not flashed or painted. Perfect working condition. Has the original stainless steel screw-top lid that fits perfectly with no stains, and no rust or corrosion.

Condition:
Beautiful condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing.

Yes, there is a hole with a stainless steel flap that opens automatically when you pour and then closes when you set the bottle down. This keeps the contents clean. No action is required for use other than gently pouring. It sounds like it would be perfect for you I hope you win!
