I am being completely honest with you. This camera takes excellent pictures. It does have one small defect the battery conpartment is broken and will not close. I just use tape to keep it shut and it works then. I love this camera but I have upgraded to one with a higher megapixial and I am no longer using this as much. I still use this for alot of pictures and it has face recongition and image stabalizatIon which is very nice for taking pictures without a tripod.
