Lacquered silver plated frame from Chu Kwun Kee Metal Manufactory Limited. It's a discontinued style, but is brand new 5" X 7".

It has a kind mother of pearl look on broad parts of the frame, which is appealing, however note I overdid the color correction, it's actually more yellowish, which frankly is not as appealing as the image :-). It's still kind of neat.

It's not from Turkey as should be obvious when I found it was made by Chu Kwun Kee Metal Manufactory Limited. They are in Hong Kong I think. I just forgot to update the title...

Awesome. It's not from Turkey, I was going to make a joke about the 200000 price tag on it but then I realized it was made in Hong Kong. I think it's like a $30 frame.
