they look like jump rings to me

They are not jump rings. You can use these for all sorts of items. Necklaces, bracelets, earrings. You can use them to connect charms, findings, and etc. They have multiple uses. The sky is the limit. ~Smiles~

Can they be used as jump rings? I've never done any thing like this, so am fumbling around trying to figure it out lol

These do not open like a jump ring. They are solid sterling silver and round without an opening. You can use them as a ring and add items to them. They are gorgeous when hung on a necklace plain and/or add charms to them.
