FREE: RARE, Vintage or Antique Snow Dome

This is a VERY VERY OLD PAPERWEIGHT possibly Antique But I was told by someone here that it may not be as old as I think. I looked up made in Taiwan things and a few of them say 60's or 80's time period. It been said that it was made it the 60's.

It has a clown inside the glass playing a saxaphone, I don't know if the glass is a SPADE or an upsidedown HEART. The glass is very thick and there are a few pieces of glitter inside as well as some unidentified pices of stuff floating around in there. He has a little paint loss on one of his arms and the little stand he's on. Excellent condition for it's age. It's very rare, I've never seen one like it. The base is plastic and reads MADE IN TIAWAN underneath. It also has a little red felt ribbon. It's pretty big.It measures 6 inches tall, 4 1/2 inches wide and 4 inches deep. I'VE NEVER seen one like this before.

UPDATE
I was also told While most things imported are made in China now, I don't know if I'll be able to find out it's age just going by it being made in Taiwan. There are even some Barbies from the 60's marked MADE IN Taiwan, from what I was told. I DON'T KNOW.
