yes it comes email & in a matter of seconds--you can start lessons--you may find you will need a small stick aprox 18" to 28"--also these items or close to will help---a pair of socks-this shows the old ways of how they use to fight when no chucks were around & yes we filled the socks with coins or somthing--a hoola hoop or a bike tire with no spokes--this is for the use of the monkey ring passed dwon to me & you will see a street legal way to use it--rope( i got mine at a dollar store in the pet section) has knots on ends--works just like chucks & street legal--i also show how to use a cane 2 sectional a metal 1 that can exstend & separate--a broom handle with no broom on it--news papers(rolled tight it is a stick & very effective) I also show other items--you dont have to have but get the idea of how to use if you do.All 100street legal & non leathal--yet gives a great work out when you get to the Karenza of free flow .
