Item is USED, and out of package but overall still in fair to good condition. Dated 2010. Measures about 3" in overall height.**NOTABLE ISSUES: The toy no longer sounds, but its a cute collectible.There is some slight marks & paint wear on the toy, but typically from being a USED toy.
