Description

The listing, SIAM STERLING PENDANT has ended.

This is a vintage piece of Siam silver jewelry. It is aprox. 3x5" in diameter light weight beautiful when cleaned just been in jewelry box packed away. I for got I even had the box until I found it cleaning my storage unit today. It features the dancing lady which is most popular with the Siam vintage jewelry. it has a cheap chain on it at the moment you just need to replace it with a silver chain. I didn't know a lot about this particular jewelry till researching for this auction. I was very intrigued once I stared reading.

I am interested in this piece. I did not read the statement that was listed in the auction I just won. I'm hoping to win it or buy it and have you combine shipping.

No mam you are right I am such a putz when it comes to measurements not to mention at the time I posted this my darling grandson was pushing his math flash cards in my face and guess what size they are you got it 3x5 LOL. It's like
1 1/2 x 2 1/2 I am sorry for any confusion sweetie.

Oh LOL! At least that makes it more wearable! I couldn't imagine wearing a 5" pendant around the neck! :)

Me either sweetie try to imagine biding on things for a 7 year old for Christmas with him over your shoulder constantly poking his school work in your face just so he can be nosey LOL very distracting and hard to hide things from him :)

Ok every one. Mrs. anteex brought it to my attention that I made a big boo boo in sizing this piece LOL. Thanks to my darling grandson it is 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 not 3x5 which is the size of his math flash cards he had in my face at the time I was posting this beautiful piece. Sorry LOL oh and by the way there is a chain attached but it is just an el cheapo so I stated no chain and hid it. Of course you would want to put a real chain on this sterling silver piece when you receive it to enhance it's beauty. I did research after finding out that it was Siam silver and found out some very interesting info for example this is a vintage piece and that in that era the dancing ladies were the most popular designs used on the Siam jewelry. I kind of wish I had not posted it now I get into interesting stuff for collecting would not get rich from this type of collection but they are worth a little. My thing isn't the money just the interest anyway LOL.

That is how I found out about the history of the Siam jewelry after I got it clean enough to read the writing on the back I went from there and there are some beautiful pieces simple but beautiful which is so me I don't go in for the sparkly big bling bling as the younger generation call it LOL
